Cold forged rebar couplers are widely used in high rise buildings, infrastructure  and commercial projects. To use cold forged couplers you need to undertake cold forging of rebar ends followed by threading. 
The cold forging machine supplied by us  carries out enlargement of diameter of rebar end. 

The rebar forging is carried out by hydraulic oil pressure. The pressure can easily be adjusted by a vale for different sizes of rebars.  Different sizes of molds and punch are used to enlarge the diameter of rebars.
